The Land Holds Us Together
5 Week Art Therapy Group
From $125.00 / Five Weeks
- Do you long to reconnect with the land : not only as a place, but as a source of belonging, wisdom, and relationship?
- Have the realities of ecological destruction, displacement, or disconnection from the land left you feeling grief, anger, or helplessness?
- Are you seeking a space to deepen your relationship with the land, reconnect with what you’re fighting to protect, and cultivate sustainable hope through creativity and community?
Art Psychotherapy
Art therapy is integrated into each session by an internationally registered Palestinian art therapist.
What will we be exploring in these workshops...
In this five-week virtual art therapy group, we will use natural found objects, collage, mixed-media art-making, and storytelling to deepen our relationship with the land.
Through guided creative practices, we will explore our connections to place, belonging, ancestry, ecology, and the landscapes that have shaped us.
Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to care for the land in a time of ecological and collective uncertainty, while creating art that honors grief, resilience, reciprocity, and hope.
As the weeks unfold, we’ll cultivate a creative community rooted in connection – remembering what we’re fighting to protect and discovering how our relationship with the land can sustain us, individually and collectively.
